1. Order of spectacle lenses, contact lenses and hearing aids should be placed to us only after proper consultation with your Ophthalmologist/Optometrist/E.N.T Specialist/Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist. Any complaint of not suiting can not be entertained once supplied as per your ordered specifications.
2. Orders will be dispatched within 72 hours of order time. In case of non availability within 72 hours, customer will be contacted by phone or email for his choice of waiting more for the product or refund of money which will be done by account payee cheque in the name of the customer.
3. A packing and forwarding charge of flat Rs. 100/- will be charged for destination Delhi & NCR and Rs. 250/- flat will be charged for all other destinations in India which are on the network of Blue Dart Courier.
4. In case of wrong material dispatch (having mismatch between ordered and supplied), customer is to dispatch the unused goods by some courier within 72 hours of receipt for which he will be paid packing and forwarding charge by S. R. Opticals of Rs. 100/- or Rs. 250/- as applicable and mentioned above. In such cases, customer also has the choice of getting the material exchanged or getting the money refunded. The used goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. The exchange material will be dispatched without packing and forwarding charge.
5. In case of right supply of material, if some customer is not fully satisfied with the performance of the material, he can make use of the free one year service back up of S. R. Opticals by visiting any of the company named showrooms. Free services after purchase are:
a. Computerized sight testing, contact lens consultation, contact lens wearing & removal practice, spectacles balancing, spectacles tightening, spectacles loosening, spectacles alignment, hearing aid consultation, hearing aid fine tuning.
6. All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable in Haryana.
